www.SmokingPit.com - This is one of my favorite recipes. These videos show four seasonings ork shoulder (Boston Butt) with mustard, Jacks Old South Hickory Rub, garlic powder and sugar cane. The pork is then injected with Cherry Dr. Pepper and fired a pellet smoker Yoder YS640 slowly for 14 hours at 225 degree for the most delicious barbecue pulled pork, smoked and tender. Just as it should be!
