Here is a series of videos that show how our grills perfect. To achieve this together (family members celebrate the completion), we decided to use two grids of our half. First, our indirect heating system used on the Pro Rib ever for the most succulent prime rib! While the main rib cooked, we filled two baskets with baby back ribs on grill and do it perfectly on the edge of the party. Towards the end we decided to throw some 'hot dogs on the Pro Rib, food for graduation partywas a great success with people queuing up a few seconds.
